Goodman is constructing an 80MW data centre at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, within the Willoughby local government area. The development falls under an approved State Significant Development (SSD-66777221).
The detail project works include:
- Site preparation works including demolition, bulk excavation and removal of existing structures on the site, tree and vegetation clearing, and bulk earthworks (packages let)
Construction, fit out and operation of a seven-storey, 90MVA data centre comprising:
- External at-grade parking
- Loading dock spaces
- Five levels of technical data hall floor space
- Ancillary office space
- Lobby, offices and amenities located on the ground floor
Provision of required utilities, including:
- Above ground diesel storage tanks
- Above ground water storage tanks
- Electrical switch rooms
- Associated landscaping and site servicing
Provision of major equipment, including:
- Diesel Generators
- Electrical Switchboards
- Electrical UPS Units
- Kiosk Transformers
- Fan Wall Units
- CRAH Units
- Cooling Towers
- Water Cooled Chillers
