Blacktown CBD is a major city-centre renewal initiative focused on strengthening Blacktown’s role as a strategic commercial, employment, health, education and civic hub within Western Sydney. Key factors include the delivery of significant commercial office space, a private hospital and medical research uses, enhanced public spaces, improved pedestrian connectivity, and new opportunities for investment and employment. The project is intended to support long-term economic growth, attract major government and private sector investment, generate thousands of jobs, and create a more vibrant mixed-use centre capable of serving Blacktown’s rapidly growing population.
