The Bowdens Silver Project, located near Lue east of Mudgee in NSW, is Australia's largest known undeveloped silver deposit. The proposal involves development of an open-cut silver mine, processing plant and associated infrastructure. The project is expected to produce silver concentrate along with zinc and lead by-products and has been promoted as a significant regional mining and employment project.
