The Crescent Parklands is a large-scale mixed-use urban renewal project on a former industrial site in Holroyd, near Parramatta. The approved development comprises seven residential towers ranging from 21 to 38 storeys, delivering approximately 1,227 apartments including 201 affordable housing units, together with retail and commercial space, public open space, new internal roads, landscaping and transport upgrades. The project is intended to transform a vacant industrial site into a high-density residential precinct supporting housing supply within Western Sydney's growth corridor while providing supporting community infrastructure and public domain improvements.
