Lambruk Solar Farm is a state significant development about 15 km southeast of Tamworth. It proposes a 500 MW DC / 300 MW AC solar facility supplying the National Electricity Market, along with a BESS of up to 300 MW / 1,200 MWh covering construction, operation and eventual decommissioning.
The project is being developed by Venn Energy, an Australian renewable energy company with over 1 GW of solar and storage projects nationwide. Venn has a locally based team with long experience in renewable development dedicated to delivering the Lambruk Solar Project.
