The Liverpool Range Wind Farm, proposed by Tilt Renewables, is a major renewable energy project located between the townships of Coolah and Cassilis within the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) in New South Wales. 

Key components of the project include:

  • A 1,245 MW wind farm comprising up to 173 wind turbines.
  • Turbines with a maximum blade tip height of 215 metres.
  • Construction of up to seven substations to support power collection and transmission.
  • Approximately 40 kilometres of high-voltage transmission infrastructure connecting the project to the National Electricity Market (NEM).
  • Development of access roads and tracks to facilitate construction, operation, and maintenance activities.
  • Associated civil, electrical, communications, and ancillary infrastructure required for the safe and efficient operation of the wind farm.
