Maison Dieu Solar Farm

Maison Dieu Solar Farm is a proposed renewable energy development by Terrain Solar located approximately 10 km north-west of Singleton in New South Wales. The project comprises a 60 MW solar farm, a 40 MW / 80 MWh battery energy storage system, a high-voltage electricity substation and associated infrastructure. The proposal was reduced from an earlier 150 MW concept following project refinements informed by community feedback and environmental and social studies. The project area covers approximately 203 hectares across five lots and has an estimated disturbance footprint of 90 hectares. If approved, the facility would be constructed and operated by RATCH Australia. The published estimated investment value is A$127 million.
