Manly Hospital Site Redevelopment

The Manly Hospital Site Redevelopment, now known as the Manly Health and Wellbeing Precinct, will transform the former Manly Hospital site into a health-focused community precinct while retaining public ownership of the land. The proposed development includes seniors housing, affordable housing, a residential aged care facility, a health and wellbeing centre, public open space, community and retail facilities, and a childcare centre. The project is intended to preserve the site's heritage and environmental values, including permanent protection of the rainforest area, while creating an intergenerational community hub that continues the site's long-standing health and community service role.
