Peninsula Solar Farm

Peninsula Solar Farm is a renewable energy project by Edify Energy Pty Ltd located at Paytens Bridge, approximately 27 km south-east of Forbes in New South Wales. The project comprises an 80 MW solar farm and an integrated 80 MW / 160 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). According to the project's Environmental Impact Statement, the development would include up to 260,000 photovoltaic modules mounted on either horizontal tracking or fixed-tilt systems. The project is designed with a generation capacity of up to 80 MW AC and a storage capacity of up to 80 MW / 160 MWh.
