Snug Cove Maritime Precinct – Eden

The Snug Cove Maritime Precinct is a waterfront renewal and maritime infrastructure project aimed at strengthening Eden's role as a regional boating, tourism and maritime destination. Key factors include the proposed construction of a marina with up to 79 berths, new maritime support facilities, public domain and foreshore improvements, upgraded boating infrastructure, vessel refuelling and servicing facilities, and enhanced public access to the waterfront. The project is intended to improve capacity for recreational and commercial vessels, support maritime industries and tourism, and build on recent investments at the Port of Eden, including the wave attenuator that has improved harbour conditions and enabled future waterfront development opportunities.
